Job Description:

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will be responsible for answering questions and discussing product offerings with customers to help meet their unique needs. You'll coordinate prospecting through direct mail and personal insurance reviews, entering leads, entering new applications, claims reports, and submitting changes on existing policies.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong computer/software proficiency

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Must have a positive attitude and be a team player

• One year of experience in customer service, or a sales environment, preferably including marketing, prospecting, networking, preparing quotes and offering products.

• IL Property/Casualty and Life insurance licenses required before beginning employment.

• Bi-Lingual/Spanish a plus
