NIU Graduation Celebration at Faranda’s

Guests will enjoy a premium spread including chef-attended carving stations with prime rib and baked ham, a sautéed pasta station, fresh salad bar, and a full buffet featuring salmon, Mediterranean grilled chicken, classic sides, and more. The menu also includes appetizers like shrimp cocktail and spinach artichoke dip, plus a dessert selection of cakes, pies, and cheesecake.

Seatings are available every 15 minutes from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, making it easy to plan around commencement ceremonies. The atmosphere will feature NIU-inspired touches to make the celebration even more memorable.
