Walk A Mile in Their Shoes

Event Description:
Walk A Mile is an international march to stop rape, sexual assault & gender violence. It is an opportunity to raise awareness in our community about the serious causes, effects, and remediations to sexual violence.
There is an old saying: "You can't understand another person's experience until you've walked a mile in their shoes." We ask participants of all genders to wear high heels to actively confront gender stereotypes and expectations.
We will have fun activities for both kids and adults like sign making, face painting, photo booth, and of course our walk!
Children ages 4 and under are free.

Individual: $25/person
Team (4+): $20/per team member
Individual Student (children ages 4+ or college students): $15/person
