Physical Therapy Technician/Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and provide friendly, welcoming customer service
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar
- Handle billing, insurance verification, and related administrative tasks
- Assist physical therapists with patient care
- Perform general clerical duties, such as answering phones, maintaining records, and ensuring a clean, organized reception and treatment space
- Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Self-directed with attention to detail and time management
- Friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine desire to help others
- Previous experience in a medical office, physical therapy clinic, or customer service role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications (e.g., CPR) are a plus
