Light Up the Manor: A Community-Wide Fundraising Campaign to Brighten Lives and Build a Safer Tomorrow
DeKalb, IL — 12/6/2024— Barb City Manor is excited to announce the launch of Light Up The Manor, a transformative fundraising campaign dedicated to strengthening our community by supporting two essential initiatives: the Project Fund and the Resident Assistance Fund. Running through February 15th, this winter-long effort prioritizes funding for the Safety & Security Wiring Infrastructure Project, a critical step toward ensuring the well-being of our residents.

The Safety & Security Wiring Infrastructure Project is at the heart of Light Up the Manor. This crucial initiative will modernize and secure the electrical and safety systems at Barb City Manor safeguarding residents and staff alike. By upgrading outdated infrastructure, we aim to create a safer, more reliable environment for everyone who calls Barb City Manor home.

  • The Project Fund fuels impactful renovations and essential upgrades like the wiring infrastructure project. These enhancements ensure that the manor remains a safe and welcoming place for all.
  • The Resident Assistance Fund provides vital support to those facing financial hardships, helping residents maintain stability during challenging times.
