About

CASA's (Court Appointed Special Advocates) mission is to advocate for and serve as the voice for children in DeKalb County who have experienced abuse or neglect. CASA is appointed as the Guardian ad Litem (GAL) in 100% of abuse and neglect cases in DeKalb County.
